A successful evening for this coastal brown bear as she awaits her fish dinner. The difference between a coastal brown bear and a grizzly bear is geographical location and diet. The bears in Alaska are fisherman with an emphasis on grasses during the spring and summer months. Berries are consumed as a weight gaining exercise prior to a long winter hibernation.
