White Sands National Monument, just outside Alamogordo, New Mexico offers some of the most unique opportunities for the landscape lover and the desert goer. Fine gypsum dunes, ever changing landscapes and patterns due to wind, erosion, and unpredictable weather all make this area what it is - engaging and exciting. A visit to the dunes will certainly provide long lasting memories of an historical and magical environment.
