Image of the Boldt Castle Power House located on the Heart island on St. Lawrence river in the Thousand Islands region. The US-Canada border in this region passes along the river but it never goes through an island. The border curves around the islands. Heart island is US land, therefore Canadians need a passport if the boat docks on this island.
