A stormy morning in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming always bring a modicum of adventure. The black clouds rolled in suddenly after a beautiful sunrise, the winds increased and it was pretty obvious only a few minutes would be available to the two or three photographers nearby. As the rains approached only a few frames were able to be captured before the winds became nearly impossible to negotiate. All in all, that was a photographer's great morning. Mountain weather is to be take seriously as it can change in mere seconds causing great danger to the unitiated. Warnings should always be take very seriously - no photograph is worth endangering your family or yourself.
Sandra Bronstein finds great pleasure in sharing the beauty of the natural world and its magnificent wildlife as seen through her lenses for over 40 years. Having been intrigued by many different elements, in both the manmade and natural world, she strives to discover new and different ways to capture these elements. Her vision provides a window into the ever changing world and, simply put, Sandra has captured and shares with us a simple moment in time. Sandra was raised and continues to reside in large metropolitan cities but has always had a love of nature and wilderness. It was due, in part, to family travels and being an "outdoor" girl which kept her love strong for wildlife and the environment. That love and respect shows in each...
