Cool morning temperatures in the fall in Tucson, Arizona brings a certain spunk to the horses on the White Stallion Ranch property. Their cantering, bucking and, in general, acting up, raises dust illuminated by the rising sun which highlights them as well as bringing out the shadows of the nearby fence line. Sitting atop a fence while photographing this might have been a bit risky since running herds of horses can be unpredictable but I think it was well worth it!
